Every bag from Rosalind James has been made with the utmost attention to detail and we hope you will enjoy owning and using your purchase for years to come. Due to the leather being a natural material it will age with time and its unique markings are a feature which we feel brings character and personality to each bag.

However, to make the most of your Rosalind James bag we advise that you avoid leaving the bag in direct sunlight or near a source of heat as this may damage the leather. Also avoid overfilling the bag to reduce undue stress on the handles and shape of the bag.

Should the leather become marked we recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap solution to carefully wipe away stains. Do not scrub or soak the leather. If the stain persists then we advise using a stain removing product specifically for use on leather and testing this product on a small, hidden part of the leather first. If the bag becomes wet, gently wipe off excess water with a soft cloth and leave to dry naturally.
